Seven months, June 2022 — December 2022, US, karta.io

• Made a product strategy for the new key market segment — US-based e-commerce. Prepared the key artifacts: customer profile validation, market analysis, lean canvas, etc.
• Closed first sales in the new segment, found 3 growth drivers, tested numerous hypotheses, and generated a ~500k$ in client’s fund turnover in one month.
• Created a fundraising strategy, made fundraising materials and compiled a support team.
• Made a funnel with 50 tier 1-2 funds, brought 6 funds to the deep dive negotiations stage, acquired a tier 1 advisor (VC & Fintech executive)
